Rarely is a location or a property perfect. Power lines, concrete stains, dead landscaping, and other elements are usually present, which detract from the ideal portrayal of your property.

Fortunately, the digital age has given us powerful new image-enhancement tools. Like all tools, though, they're only as good as the user. Along with state-of-the-art hardware and software, Steve Hinds Inc., has a real artist at the keyboard, Eric Heimlich.

Eric gives every image a basic clean-up, such as removing small marks from walls, leaves from lawns, and objects from streets. But based on your requests, he can go much farther.

He can remove entire power pole and line assemblies from in front of buildings. He can light windows, remove or modify signage, add or delete shrubs and flowers, and many other amazing feats of pixel manipulation.

Like all art, this is time-consuming work. If you know in advance that your photos will need retouching, please let us know. We will make additional preparations to ease the retouching requirements.
